A project that began a decade ago in a closet has since added to
closets and wardrobes of hundreds of needy Corpus Christi residents.The
Clothes Closet, located in the Corpus Christi Independent School
District's Adult Learning Center at 2212 Morris St., is a place where
clothing can be donated by those who don't need it and taken for free by
those who do. Non-clothing donations are also welcome."We ask people

We visit the closet at least once a day, sometimes three times, and it's been heaven sent."New needy students come to the district's attention all the time, Majors said.
